Ali has been involved in City Future since 2007. He worked for former Chancellor George Osborne on economic policy, and contributed to former Defence Secretary Liam Fox's book, "Rising Tides". He was a parliamentary Candidate for Ilford South at the 2019 General Elections, and is currently Deputy Chair for Hammersmith. Ali is an award-winning consultant helping organisations thrive in a rapidly evolving world. He promotes new possibilities for people, most recently as a trustee of the Big Kid Foundation.
John has over twenty years' experience in the Conservative Party as an Constituency Association and Area Officer. He was a Parliamentary candidate in 2005 and a London Assembly candidate in 2012. He was elected as a London Borough Councillor in 2012. He has been involved with the selection of candidates for parliamentary constituencies and for Councils and the organisation and management of election campaigns at all levels.
Rathi is Chairperson of the Conservative Policy Forum in Stoke-on-Trent as well as being Chair of the Staffordshire Conservative Women’s Organisation. These have served as extensions to her advocacy of equal opportunities for people from lower socioeconomic background. Her current role sees Rathi directing political outreach. Rathi is also working on an engagement piece with No10 Downing Street. A lawyer by training and author in the bestselling 1Habit series, she manages her business and takes pride in campaigning as a local candidate after being selected for the second time.
Becky is a mother of three, and comes from several generations of teachers and headteachers. She has built an educational advisory business, Quadrangle Consulting, over the past 10 years and helps children and their parents with strategic planning in relation to education and beyond. She also advises several institutions at the higher education level. Becky is DC Membership and Fundraising for Hereford and South Herefordshire and is on the Candidates List. She is keen to enable as many talented people as possible to find their way into political life.
Oliver has been involved with REACHES since 2020 supporting the developments of the venture. He has previously accrued professional experience within the NGO sector. Oliver Gonzalez has a diverse educational background with an English Language & Communications with Spanish BA from the University of Hertfordshire and an International Relations MA from Richmond, The American International University in London. Oliver currently works with business think-tank and networking group City Future.
